Advice

Please read carefully through your confirmation letter,
checking all details are correct especialy return dates
on over night flights.

Your driver should arrive 5-10 minutes before departure time
to allow for loading of luggage.

Please allow your driver to load and unload luggage to prevent
damage to the vehicles.

On your return your driver will be standing in a prominent
position with an Ocean Cars name board with your name and
destination approximately 40-45 minutes after you land.

If you are on an overnight flight, please ensure you give us
the correct Date and Time of arrival into the UK.

Terms & Conditions

We can only advise on a collection time through our experience
of the road conditions, if you wish not to take our advice we
cannot be held responsible for your arrival time at the airport.

No shows at the airports due to missed flights/connections
and cancellations will be charged at the full rate plus parking.

We cannot be held responsible for unforeseen traffic/accidents or
adverse weather conditions.

Flight information for airports is not always accurate, so any information
you can provide regarding late or delayed flight via text or phone will
greatly assist us meeting you on your arrival.

Where appropriate congestion charges will be in addition ect London

Cash, NFDC travel tokens and Cheques (made payable to Ocean Cars)
must be paid to the driver on the day of travel, unless prearranged with
the office.

Credit cards are not accepted.

Child seats are not provided, however we can look after your child seats
while you are away. Please lable with name, return date and flight number.

No Shows at the airports, docks ect will be charged in full.

If you need to cancel your journey please do so as soon as possible
any cancellation more than 24 hours in advance will be free of charge.
For cancellations less than 24 hours before there will be an
administration fee of 33%

All our cars by law are Non Smoking.
